Hans Zimmer’s Cornfield Chase from the 2014 film Interstellar simply
shimmers from beginning to end. The instrumental provides the backdrop
for Cooper and his two children following a drone in their car, which has a
flat tire, through a cornfield. They almost go over a cliff in their pursuit, but
manage to stop just in time.
A metaphor of chasing one’s dreams despite obstacles and challenges,
